This 501(R)XX 1890 model with suspender buttons can be easily styled with a simple T-shirt for a rugged, masculine workwear look.
The number "501" began to be used in 1890.
Before 1890, they were called XX.
Also, in 1890, the patent for the rivet process expired, and the rivets on the jeans no longer had the patent date, marking the birth of today's rivet prototype.
The rivets were attached by hand.
The Sacramento store and catalog continued to use these rivets, calling them "Riveted overalls."
These jeans use "the finest 9-ounce blue denim."
They were also described as jeans sewn with harness maker's linen thread.
Due to the nature of the model, suspenders are required.
An original LVC cloth bag is included.
Raw denim will shrink approximately 2 inches after washing!
